How good is the Manchester discovery centre store?

Is the shop at Legoland discovery center Manchester any good?

does the PAB and Minifigure tower live up to other stores?

could rare pieces be available at this store?

is it different to other stores?

I haven't been for over a year, but ...

 

Not much good. RRP sets and limited choice, nothing special / exclsuive.

PAB at LDC is different, as it is not a proper LEGO store (sold by weight rather than cups).

No rare pieces.

It is different as it is not a true LEGO store. It is a store on the side of an attraction run by Merlin.

The LEGOLAND discovery centre is at the Trafford Centre, the LEGO shop in Manchester Arndale centre is the real deal The PAB wall is cups and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about Lego.
