Are the Legoland shops open when the park is closed?

As per the title, I think the store is located inside the park, is it closed along with the park? I can go to the one in Germany or Denmark.

The stores are inside the park so unfortunately if the park is closed you can't reach it!

On a similar note, I assume you can't just go to the shop without paying to get into the park.
