Missing details. Where to find or how to create?

Hi!

 

I was trying to build a very simple set -  http://peeron.com/inv/sets/1749-1

 

I started with LDD but there is no Tile 1 x 2 with Underwater Navigation Pattern in it

 

So, I tried LDraw (MLcad and LEOCad), and I found that part, but I didn't find this and this and this and this...and I stopped.

That's a very small and simple set, but a lot of parts are  missing, making impossible modelling this set (((

How can I solve the problem? Creating missing parts by myself? If so, how can I do this?

You are welcome to join the LDraw parts creator crew ;)

The torso seems indeed not available, but pattern can be created fairly easily with LDPatternCreator (https://sourceforge.net/projects/patterncreator/). The head (missing too) can also be done with the same tool, but since it's not flat, it's a bit more involved. If you need some help I suggest that you join LDraw forum (http://forums.ldraw.org/).
