White Base Plates

Hi. With all the Christmas sets available do white base plates exist? I would like to make a snowy Christmas scene with them. If not would it be a good idea for Lego to make them?

They do exist, but not currently in production. Considering they still make baseplates, there is always the possibility they will release that color again, but only LEGO knows what their plans are.

LEGO also made 16x16 white plates.  They were last used in the 2015 pirate chess set.  Four of them together wouldn't be as pricey as the 32x32 white.

Or even 16 x 8, I have a large box full of them.
