Favorite Lego City Civilian Sets?

I've always been a big fan of the civilian-themed city sets. Fire and police sets are fun, but I really like the down-to-earth nature of civilian sets. What are some of your favorites?

If 10184 Town Plan doesn't count, 3661 Bank & Money Transfer is. The bank itself is a great little building.

I'd say Town Plan counts. I really want that one but it's getting kind of up there in price sadly :(

My favourite takes reminds me of my childhood......4207 City Garage
