MOC - Día de Muertos Parade

A Día de Muertos Parade in honor of the dead, though more in the style of the one from James Bond than actual Día de Muertos celebrations.

This is brilliant. After watching Book of Life, this looks incredible. I hadn't thought much to do any MOCs involving this, but my daughter does like making masks out of paper. Maybe a LEGO creation would be up her alley.
