Old Technic boxes.

Hi All. Is there a page where I can get the blueprint of old Lego Technic boxes? I need to make a copy of the box of the 8280 for a gift to my son. Thanks

Sorry I don't know of any blueprints, but for the time it would take to make a copy of the box, it might be better to get a real set from bricklink, there are some with box for reasonable money.

I agree with @allanp, that you could buy just the box off of Bricklink.

Looks like you can get the set (with box) in good condition for under $50USD on Bricklink, and there's a couple listings for just the box in the $10-20USD range, so I'd agree that it's a good way to go since I'm also not seeing a lot of sources for a scan of the box that'd be high enough resolution for you to do a recreation.  Sounds like a nice gift - good luck!

I wonder also I any one has such a box so could have send me the pictures as I have a friend who will do the pint out for me. I would need only the front and back pictures of the original box. That would be just fine. 

Yes it will be a gift for my 3,5 years old son as he is "possessed" by Sam the firemen cartoons :)
