Capn Frank Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Mr. Lunt, Pa, and Larry are sailing away. Pa has the helm while Mr. Lunt and Larry are playing an intense game of ping pong. Everything a pirate needs to kill time is on board, obviously ping pong, lawn darts, croquette, and others. Well, these pirates got arrested, and no loot was found in the ship. The ship had been confiscated. The Brick Seas is now safe from these villains. This was a real fun vessel to build, and it's my first vessel in BoBS to feature a steering wheel. Thanks for looking. Captain Braunsfeld Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Great build of yours! And funny too Good story - I love the ping pong table - and the overall action is also well captured! Quote
Kai NRG Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Pirates playing ping-pong... who would have thought it?!? I really like the cracked dock and the guy in the water is a great touch! Cool ping-pong table as well! Quote
Garmadon Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Very nice build, Phred, the fore-and-aft sails and rigging look great, and the idea of having a ping-pong table and the other games on board is brilliant! I think I shall have to steal borrow that idea! Anyhow, it's great to see more pirate-y activity in BoBS even if their going straight to jail! The vineyards and wheel-wright's place look very nice as well, and the demolished pier is excellent! It's actually probably a good thing they just hit the pier instead of the rocks, now that I think of it... Keep it up! Quote
Capt Wolf Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Nice build! The ship is a little beauty, one of the nicest sloops I've seen in the game. The overall scene is well done, and I see you've incorporated your vineyard. But for some reason I am still mesmerized by the ping pong table! Quote
Franco Clarke Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Looks like those pirates have got things sorted out! I wonder if the ship's new owners will keep the ping pong table? The build is good, I like the splintered jetty and the crane. Quote

SilentWolf Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 I am certain these pirates don't do anything. Also, they have never been to Boston in the fall. The reference made me laugh. On the Lego side, the build looks great. The ship is done wellast and the dock looks great. The pier front also does a great job adding to this build. Quote
Capn Frank Posted October 17, 2016 Author Posted October 17, 2016 Thank you for the complements on my ping pong table ...oh and the ship & dock.
