So many nice ideas and modifications in this thread. Thanks

Took some ideas and worked in mine, too.

 Wanted to share my AT-ST:

Added another joint to allow more leg movement. Tried balljoints first, bit that didn't proof stable enough.....so came up with this solution.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this thread; and it has inspired me to make some modifications to my own AT-ST.  I--like many of you who have already posted your mods--expanded the interior to fit two pilots and added an extra joint to the legs.  Other than that, I made a few cosmetic changes based solely on personal preference.  I replaced the rocket launcher on the right side of the "head" with a cannon that matches the one on the left side of the "head" (I like things to be symmetrical).  I made the guns bigger and the legs longer.  I reworked the feet.  Overall, my changes made my AT-ST less accurate to the source material; but I think it looks good.  I hope you like it.

Very cool ideas in this thread - used some of them for my own set :)

Will start building this one tonight:

My take on a First Order Version, similar to the red and black Tie. Hope it won´t turn out too ugly, lol. I will try to integrate the canon from the aweful Last Jedi set.

The claws for the feet are a perfect fit, but is that Lego? Which part is it?

They're Kre-o parts....

I try to keep my MOCs purist; but these were too perfect to pass up.

I was wondering if i can fit 2 seats like this inside ?

I managed to get 2 of this in light blue...

And finally, i find the at-st a bit high, can i shorten the legs without losing stability ?

thanks

Answer for both questions is yes, though you have to modify the sides of the head to make them thinner and use jumpers to offset the seats. I can't link pics as brickshelf is offline but I shortened the legs on mine too.

I finally succeeded in putting 2 seats by removing the section behind with the 2x2 space with the 2 detonators

I added a control panel in front of the pilots but I have to find something to cover those very white parts maybe try to put computers or control panels there

next mod will be to shorten the legs a little bit

I enjoy viewing all of these ideas and they've truly helped me in figuring out how to modify a few things.

If I may ask, I am trying to achieve this design below for the face-plate as I really enjoy the look of it, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get this slope piece to fit.

Before I try to mod the inside of the walker to try out a console design I have in mind, I really want to achieve the look of the front-plate first to see if it will work.

I have not really modded sets this extensively before, so if anyone who has experience could help me, it would be appreciated.face-plate.png
