Unfortunately the Ghostbusters Story Pack's instructions or any set from this new wave of DIMENSIONS is not listed on Lego.com's site at this time. So I'm guessing you can only get them if you have and play the game.

I've found the in game building instructions on YouTube for other dimensions sets...

The instructions that come with Packs are absolute garbage. It's 4 pages in length and only shows you how to put together the minifigure. Also if you purchase the Ghostbusters Story Pack it does come with instructions minus the Ecto.

Usually, you have to wait a couple of days for the instructions to be put on the Lego website. Brickset.com has section which shows all the latest updates on the Lego website.

For that kind of instructions I usually look at a Youtube video in which someone goes over the instructions.

That's the best option for now, but it isn't usually long until Lego releases the instructions.
