[MOC] Hulk SeeSaw Smash Pull Toy

At BrickFair Virginia, Joe Meno brought his Pluto pull toy and while talking how it came about, he was surprised that nobody else has done something like it in Lego. Then I told him that I had a much simpler/different pull toy in mind that I've wanted to build.

Now that the event hangover has subsided, I've given it much thought last night and an hour later, here's the end result...

Tried to use the minifigs first but they looked tiny/out-of-scale with the pull toy. Good thing that I've just recently parted out several Hulk Buster sets.
