A lot of the police sets are realy same-y this time round but that's not to say I don't like some of them.

I think high speed chase definitely deserves credit, particualy because of the realy nice helicopter design - I realy like the front slope section on it, it is designed realy well. To be fair, the cars in the set are pretty good too!

I also like the police truck that carries cars, especially the new hair/police hat female combo piece that is included.

Finaly, the tow truck and the small atv are pretty cool yet as for the other sets, they are not as good as I expected from the first list.

Is it just me or are there new wheel arches on the rear of the tow truck set?

Looks like the same wheel arches are on the police truck in the bank set too...

Having looked at the police stations of the last 10 years I know see what I don't like about the newest one, and what I like about the 2008 and 2011 ones, the prisons are too big! They used to be smaller and made the station larger, now they are talking up more room and the station are smaller / not as detailed. I still think 7498 is my favorite, it feels complete.

HothBricks has pictures of more 2017 City sets. I'll be picking up the Pizza Van and boat myself. Some of the others are nice, but I'm not a fan of the huge tires on some of the other vehicles. Makes them  just a bit too big/lifted for my city.

Loving the pizza truck, will be buying that one for sure. The fishing boat looks nice (although it would be good to know what torsos are hiding under those life jackets)

Don't know why but the 4 x 4 in the catamaran set makes me think of an old-school Land Rover...

The torso on the female in the ATV race team looks neat (although knowing TLG it will probably have a logo or something on the back that renders it useless...)

Nice to see the new wheel arches up close in the stunt truck.

Love the way they did the lights in the dragster set.

That Pizza van is awesome! I'm still waiting though for a pizza box to actually put the pizza inside with a closing lid. I also like the catamaran set too. I can't wait to see everything else for January though!

I thought the new wheel arches were Land Rover style so if you put these on the catameran 4x4, then it will look even more like a Landy!

I am fond of the Pizza Van. I like the color scheme, the minifigures - especially the girl torso and the guy head - and all the stuff around (Vespa, printed tiles, table...) The way they used a rock piece for chips is clever ^^

The pick-up in the quad transporter set is also well designed. I like the minifigs too.

i do not think i will buy the little sets, but they are also pretty cool.

Bad for all : too much stickers, as usual.

I whined for a smaller swiper like the one in the service station. I would also rather had a sidewalke/street and something to sweep than another vehicle.  I think I will pass on this. The Catamaran and Pizza van is nice though. However a bit worried for the price tag. Hope the will stay with in the 20 $/€.

You can always use the for mocs or sell them. However I'm not a big sticker fan myself. However a fine way to keep the price tag lower than if the set had printed pieces.

I like the look of these sets, some stand out to me. I love the buggy, 4x4 with catamaran, and pizza van. The minifigures are really good this time around. The builds are really good too, those are my favorites. I will definitely get these sets, 2017 isn't so bad.

That pizza van will be in my wish list too. There's also a new printed helmet for the drag racer.

A pizza van to fall in love with. So cute little ideas on it. This is really a must-buy and a super addition to lego city  I'm not so fussed about the rest though. Nothing really exciting.

I agree the pizza van is a must buy, also the blue truck and yellow digger combo is excellent - added to buy list.

Also the other 4x4 sets towing trailers are both worth it.

I wonder what surprises we will see in a few months time at New York Toy Fair.

Love the van as everyone else, love the sail boat thing too. Nice job LEGO. The new mudflaps in the police sets and on the orange and black truck are welcome pieces.
