I think it needs to be taller and more ornate for a true modular though.

More exterior detail is needed, especially on the second floor.

I think there is a lack of detail on the exterior.

There is no depth to the windows/doors and the over all facade is very flat. Most modulars have used Jumpers to offset the windows doors half a brick.

It also lacks in colour / height variation to give it contrast and interest.

Do a search for natural history museum - creator expert and look at this lego ideas project. This building was a 10 out 10 from my perspective and got reviewed and rejected.

The interior is better but you have fully detailed areas with tiles etc and other areas you have left. I think this needs to be consistent.

The top rail where the stairs is, is just bricks stacked two high. You could have this rail a bit more detailed.

I don't like that the double doors on either side of the ground floor are not consistently coloured.

Good starting point and good idea,keep at it .
