Have you tried http://brickulus.com/parts/upload/ for getting a parts list? There is an option to export a file for use on the bricklink website, too.

First of all, it appears that you used LDD extended (where you can choose colors of parts that don't exist) for example the rc motor decorators dont come in Dark grey(only black and light bluish grey). I just ordered 3.4k parts for this model via bricklink. I'm not going to lie, it was painful. I ordered the parts from about 8 different stores. On LDD generate the building guide (button top right) and then hit the send button. The partslist is at the bottom of the instructions page. The part #s on the bricklink order sheet are wrong either the element number not the design number so you may have to search google for the design number (to put into bricklink). Good luck!
