Kirika Towa Alma, a character from video game Shining Resonance.

Never played it (I usually play Worms Armaggedon and Super Smash bros) but found some cool concept art on internet and was inspired.

The large sleeves were very challeging and made the balancing rather hard. Cloth is never easy!
