Interview with Technic designers by Sariel & TechnicBRICKs

So, we finally got a green light from TLG to publish the interview we've had the pleasure of making with Milan and Andy from the Technic team back in June at Billund. By "we" I mean me and TechnicBRICK's Fernando - since we both believe in teamwork, we have worked on this interview together, sharing the footage between us. As a result, this interview comes in two versions:

My version, first 30 minutes is me and then it's Fernando:

And Fernando's version, which is the other way around:

The footage is a little different in each version, and personally I like the sound in mine a little better, since I was using an external directional mic for recording.

Currently watching your vid right now. I am still at the part that was also in Fernando's video. Scratch that. Did not catch on to the fact that both are a video of the same interview, but in a different order. I already watched the whole thing if that is the case. Oh well...

But I have to say, your audio is much better. You can really tell that you used a better mic for it.

Thanks for the interview guys it was very informative. Sariel, you did cut your video one Fernando's question too early (about 3d printed parts). Also, what pin is Fernando referring to in 34:30 (Sariel's video)? Is it this one http://www.bricklink...tem.page?P=4274?

Very much enjoyed these videos. So is it correct that Lego claims they do not research or look at mocs afol have built?

From what I gathered from the interviews, it sounds like they do look at MOCs. Either for inspiration, or to go in a different direction instead.

I really enjoyed this interview, but it felt too short (cause I want more ). Did you only have 30 mins? Or do you plan to release further content later on?

We had 30 minutes each, so was only able to record an hour because Fernando agreed to team up with me. Once our time was up, we had to vacate the room for other media.
