Correct, I mispoke recently as I originally said Thor with a helmet mold. My point was solely that the base minifigure has a helmet, whether or not hair is molded into it or it comes with an alternate hairpiece is beyond me right now.

So just to simplify, what you just know is we will be having a Thor fig with helmet mold. Other than that, you can't confirm if we're getting the helm with hair or a separate hair, right?

Thor looks completely different now, I am looking forward to seeing these sets.  We're going to be getting a lot of new minifigures I should imagine.

+ Bruce Banner turning into Hulk don't know how they will represent that.

Yep, we're going to be getting a lot of interesting designs.  I'm just happy I can finally put Hulk/Bruce Banner in the Quinjet now.:grin:

We finally get Goldblum, and I have to say that I do like the face, he's even got those cheek lines sort of like in the Jurassic World game. I think it's the eyebrows that make it look off, they should be slightly longer. The biggest problem is the hairpiece, it's not the best especially when you've got about 3 other options that could've looked better. With some modification, it'd still make for a good Lost World Malcolm custom.

Love the designs of the characters- don't particularly care if Thor doesn't include hair, as I can just use something like the Star-Lord hair from the original sets. I'm sure Hela will be an amazing figure and it would be great if they include hair as well as her headdress. The Grandmaster figure looks decent, but the face looks off and I think leg printing would've been good. I'm so excited for the reveal of these sets- they'll probably be my favorite 2017 ones!

@GoldenNinja3000 really curious about the headdress of Hela. I bet it will be intricate the worst part of that is being a rubberized material (IMO) All in all yeah this will probably a new look and something we don't see yet in entire MCU Lego universe.

The doctor who hair piece would've been so much better for grandmaster, but he looks ok. Thor is going to make for a great minifigure, Hela looks gorgeous and I can't wait to see her minifigure. Loki has a yellow cape! Hope we can get that included as well. Valkyrie, just looks bad IMO... I'm sure the sets will turn out just fine, look forward to seeing them.

If you don't mind me asking do you have new Thor minifigure photo like you did with Grandmaster and can you show it to us?

I'm honestly kinda disappointed. Hela looks fine enough but ultimately unmemorable, not only does Valkyrie not look like her comic book counterpart in any way, but she also just looks really boring. I adore Grandmaster in the movie, but that figure lacks all the vibrancy and weirdness that makes his design so cool in the first place. 

Actually, it's not dissimilar to why I really don't care for the Ancient One figure. Using the Pearl Gold torso instead of Bright Light Orange, it takes away a lot of the color and pop of it. I'd rather my MCU figures be vibrant and exciting than accurately drab like that.

My thoughts exactly. But I guess we all agree that releasing all-new characters as SDCC exclusives is kinda cruel. I couldn't care less for other incarnations of Captain America, I can even live wihout symbiote Spider-Man. But come on, Spider-Woman and Phoenix, or The Collector... that hurts. Someone should forbid that.

Knowing that we could easily have swap it for another version that's really cool. It really hurts us collectors.

 

I guess I'll be picking up Phoenix customs? This is my first time to buy that kind of figs. Just want to be picture perfect together with the Grand Master.

I agree, I think it's ridiculous how many amazing minifigures have been just SDCC exclusives.  The same goes for DC as well.
