Not even talking about the interior: - the big pointed piece from the cockpit sticks out like it's supposed to be a spear, which is very unfortunate since it - other than that - would be a huge improvement. - the cockpit piece is oversized in proportion to the wings, but most people won't even notice. - the underside is very "open". I really hoped they would improve that over the last one, but now it's even worse. - the underside, as engines & other parts are built in a similar way, but look so much less.. "spectacular". The back engine is just a plain wheel piece, with a blue technic pin sticking out of it. speaking of the interior, the last one didn't just had lots of it, it also was good to look at. No it's quite the opposite. If it's really just 50€, I'm probably still gonna buy & modify it. Quote

The new Milano is an unbelievable downgrade from the previous version, I honestly expected a bigger and better version this time around, not the complete opposite. The other sets do look fantastic but the 'flagship' of this GOTG wave is one huge letdown. Quote

I love the design and those feathered wings were pulled off perfectly using the Technic pieces. While I like the new one and fully expected them to go smaller, I'm not a fan of the plate built wings. Like I said, I'll just use that as Yondu's ship if he can fit. Or maybe I'll take it apart and make one big Milano to fit all of the new Guardians too. I did that with the last Quinjet and it actually wasn't too difficult! Quote

I tried modifying 2016 version but only managed to get rid of stud shooter mechanism and add floor to the back. Quote

I like the 2016 one the way it is, I don't think I could modify it to make it better. I know it's not that great but I just treat it like a mini version designed to hold only a couple people. Quote

I also modified 2015 one but kept opening door and instead used plates to add floor. It's not perfect but can hold 2 minifigures and has some computer equipment to hold Loki's staff like in the movie. Quote

Overall I'm definitely getting it; it'll fit in nicely with my bursting cupboard! Edit: Never mind found it on the previous page; looks much cooler now I've seen it in action and considering I never got the first one I think I'll end up buying this one.
