metulskie8 Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Hello everyone Here is an attempt to build a Porsche Spyder. Basis is still the 42056, although it has been modified and rebuilt, approximately 76.5% The panels are painted ... I think I need to revise still a lot. But everything then after my vacation ... I hope you like the first attempt. Quote
Lego2016Lego Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Looks very nice I like the red interior. Quote
TheMindGarage Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Nice start! I'm basing my entry on the 918, but will include some features from the 911 (like the targa-style roof and flat 6 engine). It seems to have very little in common with the 42056 from the outside. Wait.. those parts on the wheel rims... Quote
syclone Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 (edited) Very nice Spyder , those panels look great in black! How have you fixed that 3l thin liftarm to the steering wheel? I wish you a great vacation! Edited July 1, 2016 by LXF Quote
ddeklerk Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 Great looking car. I assume you do not have the set yet, as those are not the set's wheels. How have you fixed that 3l thin liftarm to the steering wheel? My guess is that he used a 1x1 (round) plate in the middle of the steering wheel and then put the liftarm on that. Quote
