This is my first pneumatic MOC, and with no PF. It is based on GS-18.05 grader. I tried experimental placing of the cylinders to keep its look realistic.

Features & Functions:
  • Turnable control (moving down/up/left/right/incline)
  • Blade control (moving aside/down/up/turning around)
  • Dozer blade lifting/lowering
  • Ripper lifting/lowering
  • Frame turning
  • Front wheels turning
  • Front wheels incline

Nice model

How are the two long thin actuators attached?

With a bunch of nasty stickers and some more colour vomit it could easily be an official TLG model - good work there :classic:

Cheers,

Ole

Very nice. It would not surprise me if Lego would bring out such a model one of the next years. Do you intend to make instructions for this model?

If you mean cylinders – just with hoses.

There is instruction made, but it will be available later.

I love the way you mounted the vertical cylinders, simple and effective.

They're not "mounted" at all, just attached by the nozzles. Not a great way to do that, imho

Thanks all. It is really not the best way to mount cylinders, but they sit there really well, better than it may seem.

I just love this grader.

The well captured design, all the functions packed in this scale nominate for: the best grader MOC I have seen!

Very creative and effective usage of the new pneumatic cylinders! :classic:
