Modelmaker Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 (edited) In my last post I showed a medi stage pod being delivered close to a war zone. On board the drop pod is a Med.E.vac mobile clinic.... I decided to get some close up pics of the clinic as it arives deeper into the battle zone. First both garage ramps are deploy the rear ramp is where the driod transporter is housed And the forward ramp is where the triage droids live the triage droids are medi stage 1 and leave without delay to sort the wounded Next the main ramp is lowered And medi stage 2 is deployed Medi stage 2 transports the parmedics to the site After a few moments of calm things start to get busy the first driod returns with a stage 3 patient It might be to late for this guy, maybe he should have used the droid porter instead yeap! he's stage 7, no hurry with this guy The ground crew kindly pose for a quick pic Later on we'll take a tour on board the rig it's self. but right now photobucket is acting up.... Modelmaker Posted May 8, 2016 Author Posted May 8, 2016 Ok Photobucket is back. Lets start the tour down in engineering a rig this size needs constant upkeep.. Next we head up to the main intake deck here we see the the driver (in red) and his co-driver in white behind the driver there are 3 medi stage 2 treatment bays, the droids will bring back any injured species they find Behind the co-driver we have 2 medi stage 7 storage lockers, also in view is Nostromo, the rig mascot Behind the lockers is the ramp upto the medi stage 3 area And in the rear of this deck we have a small staff galley. now we head up to the medi stage 3 area, this area is equipped with an operation theatre, 2 recovery rooms and a large waiting area and is staffed by 2 nurse droids and 1 doctor And that's about it for the inside. Just a few more exterior details left repair droids (ahem! cough cough!) are stored in the belly lockers and a better shot of the drivers It takes years of experiance to drive a rig like this but any newcomer can be a co-driver Quote

Xaero Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Wow! looks very good. Would love to see from the transport ship a better picture . Quote
Paul F Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 The first set of treatment bays look great, and I love the scale with it encompassing the wheels, reminds me of Starcom design Quote
soccerkid6 Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Very well thought out ambulance vehicle The numerous robots, and compartments bring the model to life, and you included a well outfitted interior too! Quote
Th3_Br1ck_Kid Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Wow those mini figs on board went through some nasty stuff... But cool model. I like all the detail and flip down cargo door. Quote
