need help making elevater for moc making 3 floor hospital

Motorised or manual? Have you looked at the machanism in the Town Hall which is also three floors?

You might want to simply copy the one from Town Hall, or at least base your design around it. You can find the instructions on the LEGO website (customer service > building instructions).

String that runs from a winch to the actual elevator box would work.
