I am new to the forums. I have my legos from when I was a kid. Many of these sets are 30 years old now. I am trying to identify this fire truck. I have no idea to its age. I have spent a lot of time trying to find it and can't. I am aware that the stickers may not be original and may have been added later.

Any guidance or coaching on how I can identify it? Sorry if this post is misplaced. It appears I can only add one picture due to file size. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Another picture.

I believe this fire truck is a MOC (my own creation.) I don't think this is "official" at all. Consider that Lego has rarely (if ever) used two different kinds of wheels in a new set.

In case of a tie, check out this list:

Hope this helps!

Thanks. It does appear to be similar in graphic and wheels (at least the back wheels) to the 6382-1 Fire Station

I suppose it is possible that I took parts from that kit and made this. I have more graphics than this kit has though (I have 3 - two on the fire truck and another that is on red pieces similar to shown on the picture). Did they sell the stickers?

6385-1 has a white line around the graphic so it seems that is out of the running.

It looks like the fire truck from page 24 of idea book 260: http://www.peeron.com/scans/260-1/24

My thoughts exactly. My guess is that you had the book, was inspired by that truck and tried to build it with the pieces you had. And the book had a sheet with those stickers on it, so that's most likely where they came from, not from set 6480.

That also means it's not a 9V battery box - it's most likely just built from bricks. I did the same :)
