J/K :-P There are enough colors in this set to make a lot of alternate models that don't look at all like the main one - just take a look at the one in the back of the instructions! Quote

If you buy two, you can make a second one with a dark blue facade. The interior is made with dark blue bricks and there are specific pictures on how to create a second brownstone next to an existing cc. It's not false advertising, it's true.
