Please help identify a part!

So I have been watching this video for a while now and I cant help but wonder if the minifigure legs used are custom or not at the time: 0.44 on the left. I cant remember or find any minifigure that uses those kind of legs. But if you know where they come from please let me know, it would be highly appreciated.

After i search, that is "Citizen Brick" custom printed leg.

I'm not 100% positive, so take this with a grain of salt, but I'm very confident that (like KamalMYafi said [^] ), these are Citizen Brick's custom "boot legs".
