ThePaleMan Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 I really like how this skull turned out, especially in this small scale. http://www.flickr.com/photos/thepaleman9/2...in/photostream/ TPM Quote

Lt. Veers Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Ah, LuxorV, you beat me to asking for a backstory. But I still demand one! *sing* Nice MOC! Quote
zero1312 Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Looks like the perfect vehicle for Ogel. X-D Quote
LuxorV Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Ah, LuxorV, you beat me to asking for a backstory. But I still demand one! *sing* Nice MOC! I know you're the backstory guy X-D ;-) This time, it feels very needed: since ThePaleMan stated it is V.3 of this work, I may assume there is a brick or IRL story here :-$ LuxorV Quote
Siegfried Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Well that's one of the smallest 3vil MOCs i've ever seen! 8- Quote

ThePaleMan Posted December 13, 2007 Author Posted December 13, 2007 (edited) Thanks for the compliments, guys. Yes, I do not build as much as I'd like and it seems these smaller items are the onews I have time for latley. A wee toddler will do that to you. I actually set out to create this on a small scale. I wanted to have a deliberately small vehicle, so I would be challenged to build the skull on a tiny scale. I like where this ended up. There is also a BRICKSHELF folder if that makes for easier viewing. While I usually do a backstory of some sort, I didn't really have one in mind, so let's see... 3vil has often been noted for it's incomperable firepower and threatening warcraft, but when they moved in to take over the jungle planet of Otswano, they knew they would need a far smaller and more maneuverable craft to move through the dense growth. When the natives witnessed the 'skull-flyers', they were no doubt struck with fear. Little did they know that the swarms of Nosedivers were merely harbingers of the larger and vastly more powerful slash and burn craft to come in just a few days... How' that? :) TPM Edited December 13, 2007 by ThePaleMan Quote
iamded Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Very impressive! The skull is awesome! A great looking nifty lil' craft indeed, great job! :-D *y* *y* ~Peace Quote
LuxorV Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Thanks for the backstrory *wub* As I tend to build vigs and small items I put in bigger backgrounds, I think smaller creations can better express your building skills, at times. Just see Chuck's works 8- Quote
