Open poly bags

I'm going through sorting out my collection ready to move house and I've collected all the poly bags that I've opened and kept them all together, do I need them tho? I'm never gonna put the figures back in them..

What about you guy? Do you keep them?

I wouldn't think you'd need them. I've never kept a polybag itself once I've opened it. I've also not seen eBay auctions or the like where the opened bags have been sold with the contents.

There might be one in the future if I can ever psyche myself up to let that part of my collection go. I'd like to think that it adds a bit more to the overall value, and they don't take up much storage space anyway.

I do not save them, but you are right that they don't take much space. Save them if you want, but I don't think there is a large market for them. :thumbup:

(Usually i do not open the minifig polybags.) I think the opened bag wouldn't add much to its value, but i would keep it anyway.

If you like a polybag figure enough to open it, then odds are you will not be selling it anytime soon, and don't need the bag.

I have quite a few random superhero polybags that I don't need in my collection, so I just keep them sealed until I can sell them for a good chunk of money, hopefully. All the opened polybags are now bagless.
