Abrakos Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Hello I would like to present you my creation "Bricks". It's a LEGO based theme animation with nurcery rhymes for pre-school children. The modeling was made on SketchUp and the animation and rendering in Cinema 4D. If you have any questions or remarks I would like to hear form you. I hope you like the result! Quote
Superkalle Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Neat I've been working a lot with Sketchup myself lately, so it's cool to see the kind of animation you can do based on Sketchup models. Quote
Abrakos Posted March 24, 2016 Author Posted March 24, 2016 (edited) SketchUp is nice for modelling. Not so easy as the LEGO tools, but you have more freedom to do things that you can't with the LEGO apps. If you plan to render some stills SketchUp is nice if you add an app to render like Indigo, but if you want to do animation like I do, then you have to use a 3d app like Cinema 4D etc..
