According to Bricklink, no it doesn't. It does come in reddish brown, though.

Light Red? I think that would pretty much end up being pink. What do you need this for anyway?

not pink, i meant light red, as in classic red, normal red, mata red, etc. and i need it for a custom minifig i'm working on

The picture isn't working, but if you're willing to go to the point of having someone cast a piece of headgear, then you're not opposed to customization, right? Why not just paint a hood red, in that case? Either vinyl dye or just testors or citidel paints would work
