jonfett Posted April 24, 2005 Posted April 24, 2005 Yoda: You could try and set up an account at Moc Pages. It is quite similar to Brickshelf, I'm not too sure of the differences as I have never used it, but it may be worth a try for you. Jon. Quote

Lord Thrawn Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 It's a little squished, like the Hasbro/Kenner version. But it's still ingenious! Quote
bigfatslob Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 These TIE fighters are incredible, breathtaking in fact ! I'm impressed w/ the construction in general and the size and details in particular. I'm further impressed w/ the breath of your parts selection and quantities. Great work ! bfs Quote

xwingyoda Posted May 1, 2005 Author Posted May 1, 2005 Really thanks so much for your kind words bfs ;) I'm currently looking at my red pieces to see if I have enough to create a Crimson Interceptor - the Royal Guard version. I don't think that I do at the moment unfortunatly :'( Lets hope the PAB in Billund will provide me with what I want ;) EDIT: I also am working on designs to give Ties a new dimension taken from Japanimation (since TLC will not provide those magnificient ships :'( ). The fun part is to give those ships the minifig scale (as normally they would need a UCS scaling) with keeping as much as possible the Tie concept. Challenging isn't it???? Quote
xwingyoda Posted May 7, 2005 Author Posted May 7, 2005 I just love keeping this thread open ;) Ties are such swwet looking ships ;) Here is another interesting Moc found on Brickshelf: the Tie-Ripper Its a pretty sweet ship *satis* check it here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=128439 enjoy ;) Quote

xwingyoda Posted May 7, 2005 Author Posted May 7, 2005 I sincerely hope to the see the Royal Guard Interceptor in ROTS (to keep my hopes for a future set ;) ) Its a shame, I don't have enough crimson pieces to do a MOC >:( Hopefully Billund can arrange that ;) Quote
