michaelozzie Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 A smaller layout build from me this time. Factory area with that 60's to 70's feel about it. Industrial buildings finished. by Michael, on Flickr Industrial buildings finished. by Michael, on Flickr Industrial buildings finished. by Michael, on Flickr Industrial buildings finished. by Michael, on Flickr Quote
Duq Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Klein maar fijn! You've got the feel of those old industrial buildings spot on. I also love the disintegrating track in the foreground. Quote

*thomas* Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Ziet er weer schitterend uit! Looking great, as always... Quote
MGCJerry Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Definitely loving this industrial area. My favorite detail is the deteriorating tracks, it really adds a great touch! Quote
brickostan Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I like. Is it supposed to be build together with the habour? There's a Danish film called "Olsenbanden PÃ¥ Sporet" (The Olsen gang on tracks) - I come to think some scenes from this movie when I see your layout ;-) Quote
bricks n bolts Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Wow, you've managed to capture a certain feel in all your work, great attention to detail, like the drain pipes. Quote
zephyr1934 Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 You continue to build landscapes that bring your lego work into the realm of conventional model railroading (well, the people are still a little squat but what can you do about that, grin). Excellent work. Quote
eurotrash Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 It looks so good! Congratulations on a fine build. Quote

Excellent work. Thanks Zephyr and that is my intention to try creating that model railroad look in lego. Quote
Kodan Black Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Really nice, great variation on the ground. The colors are very 70's/early 80's even. Though for 70's you probably need more hair and more mustaches. Nice and very industrial feeling MOC. Quote
Man with a hat Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 Wow, magnificent work. Great concept and perfectly executed. All those small details everywhere, the track, the buildings, the shunter. Very realistic Quote
Hod Carrier Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 (edited) That's a fabulous build. Congratulations!! I know you say it's a scene from the 70s, but it could be from any period from the 60s onwards. There are locations just like this all over the UK and elsewhere too, I'm sure. Just a thought. You might consider adding a large door to the side of the workshop so that there's some way for your firm to get the raw materials/finished products to and from the siding. Severus A Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 Very beautiful diorama. You have captured the spirit of of the industrial landscape. Congrats. Quote
Brickwolf Posted August 21, 2016 Posted August 21, 2016 (edited) Outstanding work. I like the flatcar. Edited August 21, 2016 by Brickwolf Quote
Feuer Zug Posted August 21, 2016 Posted August 21, 2016 Good looking scene. Reminds me of many places I've seen around the region. Quote
