gezuvor Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Greetings, I have played around with LDD in the past, but recently started using it to build a MOC. As I start to seriously use it, I am noticing something that is bugging me; rotation! Specifically, I would like to rotate the canvas/object to be "square" on the screen. The arrows on either side of the viewing window will jump large amounts when clicked and I haven't found a way to slow that down. Is there a button or keyboard combination I can use to fine-tune the angle I view the model or I am stuck with the wildly-spinning option I currently get...?? Many thanks! Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 You can manually input the amount of degrees (box at the top centre below the main tool bar) when in rotation mode. Quote

Just right-click anywhere on canvas and while that mouse button's being still pressed down move your mouse freely: that way you'll be able to turn your canvas (LDD world) as you like... tripletschiee Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 And when you press and hold the SHIFT key when using the right mouse-key, then the whole opbject can be moved sidewise without any rotation. Quote
