What do you guys do to apply decals?

I've always just printed out the decal on normal printing paper and used a glue stick to apply them onto the minifigure. Its not really professional but it works surprisingly well

Waterslide paper is ultra thin so when working on a lighter torso the effect can be fantastic. A coat of clear acrylic spray to seal is a winner.
