The Frenchie is well done, very very nice. You're method is a unique and pleasing look for the minifigs. Aber der Wehrmacht zieht ziemlich kurz.

I havn't seen this before (except the use of 1x1 cylinders for legs), they look really neat! I especially like the guy on the left in the first pic. *y*

I'm especially fond of the fusilier, he looks great with the high boots! *y*

Only question is ... are these taller than a normal minifig? They look it, but maybe not by more than a plate height.

Custom Legs On! *y*

ein bitte jah :-P

the winter wehrmacht and the fusilier are about the same height without hats (although fusilier is the tallest)

But the normal wehrmacht officer needs improvement.

These are usually 1 plate longer at the legs, but can also be heightened more by neckwear/headwear.

The hospital torso is because I couldnt find a clear white torso X-D

Thanks for the comments

I agree, the French Fusilier looks really great with those boots! *wub* I'm not sure I like the design as much on the other figs though.

Nice idea, making those legs with teeth. I prefer the original Lego minifigs though because the proportions look a bit odd.

Don't worry, those are not your German language skills letting you down, but his... He says: "a please/here you are yes" Doesn't make sense whatsoever ;-)

hehe, thats my heavy german dialect X-D

I mean "a bit" :-P

How do you find the look of the last soldier overall, not seeing the fusilier? How does he look?

The last guy doesn't look as good as your other two. The added plates serve to increase the length of the torso, thus making the legs look even shorter. Also the "holster" up front looks kind've awkward, though I'm not really sure how else to do that.

Since you decided to make another topic, I'll close the first one.

A very intriguing way to make mini fig legs! I attempted to do something like this, but failed miserably. *n*

I especially like the French Fusilier, although the fleshie heads..... |-/ :-D

I too agree :-D I don't like the other figs with their legs done that way, but the fusilier looks stunning. He really does *y* *y*

I like the Frenchman.

Simple, effective, and very nice! But I can't help but feel I've seen this technique used before.... ;-)

I've seen it quite a bit actually. Especially from Japanese builders.
