This is an vehicle I made for the Rebel Alliance when I realized that the poor rebels had very few ground vehicles in comparison to their Imperial rivals. I imagine the Rebels prefer to fight more guerrilla style in cohesive experienced teams and therefore would need a support vehicle that could traverse many forms of terrain. That was when I found the remains of a Russian Jeep from the 7627 Temple of the Crystal Skull set. The base vehicle worked especially since many of the weapons, costumes, and even vehicles in Star Wars are based off of world war 2 designs which the Russian Jeep was supposed to be from.

This new rebel vehicle which I have dubbed the T-4A Support Tank is often deployed in squadrons of 3 and are capable of carrying up to 6 infantryman. It's single light cannon can pose a serious threat to infantry and most natural and moderate artificial defense. A single tank however lacks the power to penetrate most Imperial Vehicle's armor/shields and must rely on taking out enemy targets in squadrons of other T-4A Tanks. The T-4A compensates for it's light armor with it's quick speed and powerful engine, especially for a vehicle of it's size.

Infantry can hold onto the sides of the tank when moving through rugged, aquatic, or otherwise treacherous terrain.

Very nice! A perfect little build, that would do LEGO proud as an official set. I also love the cool resistance troops riding along.

Well done!
