Question on Lego.ca return policy

I am thinking about buying Pet Shop from Lego.ca (you get some extra free stuff and rebate via online). Just in case I change my mind, how does return work?

Would I need to ship the package back to Lego or would they provide return shipping labels like some other retailers do?

Would I be able to return it to a Lego store? The policy says items above $200 can't be returned to store, but does that include taxes?

You are completely right in stating that you can return any set valued under $200 to one of our LEGO® Brand Stores. This policy should not include tax on the set. That being said, returns are at the discretion of the store manager. I have included the phone numbers of the two closet LEGO retail stores for your convenience. We would certainly invite you to call them directly and speak with the store manager should you need to return a set:

As for returning a set through shop.ca, that is also available to you! While we are unable to send you return labels to send it back, we can and will reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur in shipping a set back due to any difficult circumstances you may experience with a set (faulty or damaged for example). You would only have to contact customer service at the number listed above to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your set.
