Disco_Jedi Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 I see that there is a thread for decal requests but not one for printing requests. Is there anyone here or does anyone know of someone who can do custom minifigure printing? I have been working on Battlestar Galactica and Game of Thrones designs that I would like to get printed. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Quote
neonic Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 You mean that 3d printing stuff? Don't know where you're from but where I came from (netherlands) there is a shop in Rotterdam were they sell 3d printers, but also they can print things you designed by yourself. You only need the design on a CD or something (in a particular format) and they can print it for you. I don't have the experience with them, yet, but I found them because I wanted to get some ideas printed. Maybe there is something in your country? Quote
Disco_Jedi Posted January 30, 2016 Author Posted January 30, 2016 Sorry, just to clarify. I am referring to printing on arm, legs and torsos. Thanks Quote

Robianco Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 There are a couple of pad printing options that spring to mind: http://citizenbrick.com/pages/custom http://www.nacm-customs.com/printing-services-request-quote/ Quote
willhappy Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 hi robianco Whats best computer UV printer or pad printing Also do you know where nacm-cust is from UK or USA, i see that citizen brick is pad print USA Do you know if anyone in the uk pad prints??? Thanks once again lol will Quote
Robianco Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Hi Will, Pad printing is the best finish. I've seen people who offer UV printing say it's superior because it apparently last longer but I'd say it's probably the only thing it has over pad... and there's no reason pad won't last forever as long as it's looked after. Lego is pad printed so if you want that type of finish go for pad. NACM are based in France but things will be expensive whether they're in France or the UK. I started a conversation with a UK printing company who pad print and can print on Lego but I didn't go ahead with it. At least with NACM you're dealing with people who are used to Lego and will advise on any issues at the artwork stage. Quote
