Col. Brik Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Mission: Training Day Tags: Arium Major, Kawashita Agent Raven has given me orders to commit to proper training for any situation that may lie ahead for myself and my crew members under my command. I have been sent to a dojo for training in the old ways. I will be forced to become a warrior, not to kill or fight all the time but to learn the focus needed to keep Kawashita strong. I bow to you, master, please teach me the old ways I learned to use the sword I learned to clear my mind and see my path I leave a new fig, ready to bring glory to Kawashita Quote
Isundir Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Nice! I think Gattsu could've used some training like this, he should definitely try meditating some time. Quote
EpsilonEta Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 As a judge I now look a bit closer to builds and I want to give you some advice. I like this build. It have a nice feel/atmosphere. Esthetically, I think it's one of your best but it could have gotten a higher score if you would have had better photos. A few tips would be: * use a proper background (a roll-down curtain is a simple solution and roll up nicely) * It may need better light or after adjustment in a program. The colurs are a bit dim. Compare the first images which are matte with the last which is brighter. * Brush or rinse off the dust from the base plate and bricks. Hope you don't mind me saying this. It's a good build, It's just a shame it's not presented as good as it could have been. Quote

Still working on a proper photo area for mocs as I would agree the lighting is tough. The dust is also something I need to get better with. It is a constant war in the space I have my Lego in. Quote
