THE COMPLETE MODEL

So here we have the new First Order Star Destroyer. New construction in Destroyers family: Resurgent-class Star Destroyer. This monster is much bigger than old Imperial class, it’s almost 3km long (2915.81 m exactly).

But this one is small, very small representation of it.

SUMMARY

I think that in this scale this mode is quite good representation of source material. As a promotional item and a polybag set it is quite nice. I hope that this is a preview of large scale model because all others mini polybag sets have their representation as normal sets. This is the only one now without larger equivalent.

SUPLEMET

Let’s see evolution of star destroyers in the form of LEGO mini models.

Here we have Ventator-class represented by Brickmaster polybag 20007 and polybag 30053, Imperial-class represented by mini set 4492 and polybag 30056, Resurgent-class represented by polybag 30277.

Brickmaster polybag and 4492 are bigger than modern polybag versions, although they are also mini models. So let see only modern polybag destroyers side by side.
