Is there a Design id catalog

I know there are catalogs available for sites such as BrickLink.

I would like to know if there is a list, similar to the one that lugnet had, but up to date, that can be downloaded as a resource for design work?

Is there a list of the Ldraw objects that has a picture of it drawn along with the number?
