[LDD] Modern Modular Duplex

Here is just a slim modular duplex loosely based off of one of the first things I ever made in LDD way back in the day.

Knocked out windows for clarity

Here is the larger upstairs apartment with a bedroom and access to the roof. It has large windows around the outside edge of the building.... well there would be if it wasn't for clarity's sake.

Here is the back side of the smaller apartment downstairs. You get in through the back door of the apartment. There is a small bed crammed under the stair like Harry Potter.

It has a small kitchen and eating area. There is also windows between the steps so the under the stairs bed doesn't feel so cramped.

I wouldn't call it too hard. I'm just not as into the big modular buildings as little small hole-in-the-wall size of homes.

Modern I think is really simple. Lots of white lots of windows. Weird square hanging bits....
