I just end with stuff like: 'POV RAY' or 'ML CAD'. I have no idea what they are. All I want is the actual Lego program. Thanks Quote
Doctor Sinister Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 I downloaded it for my new PC recently and it was bundled with all of that other stuff - you used to have to get them all separately. IMO, LDraw is unusable on its own until you add MLCAD to the mix and then you are cooking with gas. :-) Dr. S. Quote
TheFrisian Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 The original LDraw is a DOS program, MLCad provides you with a Windows based interface. The hard part is to get those two programs installed properly, you have to carefully read the instructions on the LDRaw website. The other programs are for rendering images of your creations, but I never figured out how that works exactly (not that I tried so hard). Quote
