3D printed offset wheels

Hy for school i hve to make someting for ICT (informatica)

i am going to make a lego technic rim at the size of the unimog wheels with a 0.5 possitive offset so the steering center can be placed in the center of the wheel

here a little picture to show what i want

any help or 3D versions of a pinhole and axlehole are welcome

How would drive be achieved? Would the wheel have some sort of universal joint pre-attached?
