Cargo Place - Sticker # 26

I can't for the life of me find in the instruction manual where this sticker is supposed to go. Anyone want to help scavenge it for me and see if they have better luck? It's a small black sticker with what appears to be lights...

It goes on the liftarm that holds the front landing gear. Many planes have lights in this location, and many builders have been stumped by the sticker.
