New High-res Catalog Pics!

Thanks for the pics SW4J!

Some thing's I've noticed:

In the Dwarfs Defence set, the Dwarf's catapult has a chain attached to the end of the catapult, which most likely loops back round, so when you pull it it fires the catapult. Just a guess. Also, one goblin doesn't have a weapon, which is a shame. Unless he plans on hitting his enemies with that banner. :-/

In the set with the giant troll ballista thing, the humans just have a cart. What good is that gonna do against the troll's siege weapons? *wacko* :-P

In the set with the small Crownie tower, you can see a gold crystal. Maybe it'll include more than one, more crystals is never a bad thing. :-D On the siege ram, the red 'wolf' head has horns on it, and I've just realised it's more of a ram's head. Quite fitting for a battering ram. Another set with a weaponless goblin though. I do hope we'll see one set with spare goblin swords.

Troll Attack Ship; I think the goblin's prelim helmet looks great actually. Although I will admit, the Shadow Knight helmet looks great on them too. I do hope they take Ogel's armour away though.

One thing you missed though :-P : The attack on the tower set has THREE trolls, one in the prison vell! :'-)

I also noticed that Jaques head in the big indy set is just a smiley! |-/

Hopefully that will have changed by the final version.

After looking at the AT-AP for a little while, I saw that the third leg isn't attached to the left leg. Luckily, there is actually a third leg. :-$

Now that I have "Examined" them more closely

-The Dwarf Catapult looks like KK2 Crap :-X

-One Troll has a sword and th other appears to have a banner with a spear pointy thing on the end

-The Troll Battle Cart looks sooooooooo much like the Viking Heavy Artillary wagon :-/

-Hmmm Green Giant troll vs Brown Giant Troll?Which do you like better?

-The Troll AttackRam is Meh but I do like the crystal

-Attackship is awesome except for a crappy "Good" dragon :-| (I would have prefered a port like in SSA or more weapons than that crap)

-Nothing New on all the other themes

And finally I need buying advice(again :-D )

Should I buy the Dwarf Mine or wait till 2008 April for the other sets?

I maximalized the pictures to 200 and 400 % and saw there was a black lightsaberhilt in the machinegun on top of the nazi car. 8-
