Yes, all wheels turn. It's just the same way like in the set I said. Nothing special. Front wheels are attached with this http://brickset.com/parts/4217725 and rear wheels with just an 8M axle and technic bricks. Quote

I think they were asking if you added any bricks/dimensions to the Tumbler, or if it's just a black version of the exact Tumbler in the Bane set (I wondered the same thing myself, but it looks like you maybe bulked out the back a bit?) Sorry for answering so late. No, it's not exactly teh same versión of the Bane set. The dimensions are the same, and the front and teh sides, but nothing more.
