I'll be releasing the LDD file over the weekend Joe if you want to attempt it :)
That's the best news I've heard all day!
Here's a good one. The colors could use some work, but it shouldn't be too hard. (Is this too snarky? Sorry if it is  )
Well, I'm not sure if 'snarky' is the right word, but... It was obvious that he, like a fair deal of us here, don't consider TLG's version 'good enough', so your response came off as deliberately unhelpful, even trying to make him seem like an idiot. Edited by Pcm979

And as far as the official set goes, it certainly isn't "good enough". The Hasbro action figure version isn't "good enough", either. But we have the fortune to have Lego bricks, which are certainly useful in changing aspects of sets which we don't care for.

Hope this helps you, Joe7218!

Okay, now you're definitely being 'too snarky'. Especially since only two of those links have anything resembling instructions, which was specifically what he asked for. I can also tell you from experience that both those sets of instructions are too confusing for a beginning modder, which I can understand someone such as you who is more skilled not realizing.

Edit: Technically the first set of instructions aren't too confusing, but they don't fix the rubber bands issue, which is one of the two big issues I have with the set. Again, I'm sure a skilled builder such as you could effortlessly combine this wing alignment fix with a rubber band fix, but some of us aren't as good as you are.

Snark much? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so thank you, my padawan. Plus, it looks like my mod links were actually helpful:

Hey, no problem! If you don't find the instructions you were looking for, I would definitely look at modding the set. It's actually pretty good (once you mod it) and the canopy is to die for. I went down the mod route, and it's not so bad.
