This is my first attempt at a modular so I decided to do a small one. I used two 8x16 base-plates. I always wanted to create a modular building with these dimensions because it will fit the gap on the shelf that houses my Parisian Restaurant, Detective's Office and half of the Pet Shop.

This is still a work in progress, suggestions and criticisms are highly welcomed. I used a lot of brown because I originally wanted it to be a Soba Shop or an Izakaya but I'm not good at Japanese architecture, in fact in any architecture. I plan on putting some sort of small bar/counter + kitchen on the ground floor. The second floor would be a cramped living quarter for the shop's owner. I made two variations of the awning, here are the images.
