I wouldn't stress as this happens all the time. I can't remember many off hand, but;

7774 The yellow hoses in the submarine are placed different to the box

7706 The suspension on the box has an axel through it near the top but the set didn't

7695 I recall the box had a common head shown, buh the instructions and set had a better one

Thing are changed at the last minute all the time. I used to make it a hobby to try to find differences but it doesn't amuse me anymore! :-P

thanks for that. i added the long pin to my model. i was wondering why i have an extra pin left. i guess the manual left that out for some reason. now if only i know where the extra 2 dark bley 2x2 tiles should go. :-P
