Help - Town or Amusement Park?

Hi all,

I've just started collecting Lego as an adult and so far I have bought the Detective's Office and Fairground Mixer sets. I've also almost completed bricklinking the UCS Falcon. Thing is, for a display and playability perspective, I'm not sure what concept to develop my Lego collection as: should it be an Amusement Park with the UCS Falcon as the main attraction or should it be a small town/spaceport and develop it slowly ala SimCity? I've also been eyeing a Lego train set to complement the above. I don't have much space to play with, probably a long table or two.

Appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

I think the City idea would be the best. Not only can you build that spaceport, but you can also integrate your amusement park idea into the city. You can also buy the other Creator Expert sets, some City sets, and also TOWN sets to complement your town.

Once you've built the sets, I think you should tear them down and start to build your own town or park, without sets.
